Company overview:

Digibiz was founded in November 2020 by Fraser and Jess. Utilising our backgrounds, skills and experiences, we have formed a business that offers clients services in digital marketing and web development. Our aim is to make these services accessible, affordable and manageable for every business, regardless of size.

Our business operates based on four core values;

  • Transparency - We don't do jargon, just high quality service, in a language our clients understand. We help their business find more customers online, we’re always honest and open about all the techniques we use to do this for them.

  • Efficiency - Our business model allows us to select the best partner for each project and ensure it is completed to both a high quality, but also as efficiently as possible. We are able to keep our prices affordable as our clients aren’t paying for huge overheads or a fancy office! Just an honest team of people who want to help their business grow.

  • Reliability - Building a positive relationship with our clients is really important to us. We are often seen as an extension to their business, or serve as their full marketing team! They know they can rely on us to deliver.

  • Empowerment - We know what it’s like to start and grow a business, that’s why we want each and every one of our clients to feel empowered. Able to make changes to their website, understand how digital can support their growth and take charge of their business’s development. Each of our website packages includes training on handover, so they don’t have to pay us every time they want changes.

To date, we have grown our business utilising our partner network. This is a group of people we have trained who work for us on a self employed basis to fulfill our clients requirements. We have a great team and we love being able to offer a flexible working arrangement so they fit work around their life, rather than the other way around!

Digibiz is now at a point where we can continue to choose to run it at the size it is, or take the plunge and expand to the next level! We’ve decided to go for it, and to do that, we need support to manage, plan and deliver our client’s projects and accounts. If you’re organised, driven and like working with people, then keep reading…
